01 / Active
A private AI service for anyone who needs a genuinely confidential LLM. Attorneys cannot share client communications with cloud AI. Doctors cannot put patient data into ChatGPT. And plenty of everyday people simply do not want their conversations logged on someone else's server. Thompson Secure runs on dedicated hardware I own, with a signed data processing agreement and zero retention.
02 / Running
A personal private cloud I own outright and manage remotely from anywhere in the country. Nextcloud is a self-hosted alternative to Google Drive and iCloud. Pi-hole blocks ads and trackers at the network level. WireGuard and Tailscale are custom VPN layers that make remote access secure from anywhere. All of it runs on hardware I control, with no monthly fees and no third party holding the data. Also deploying LoRaWAN IoT coverage nodes in underserved markets via the Helium network, which has carrier partnerships with T-Mobile, AT&T, and Dish Network among others worldwide.
03 / Converging
A Nvidia GPU fleet built up across multiple hardware generations is converging into a single private AI inference stack. What started as cryptocurrency mining infrastructure is now the hardware backbone of Thompson Secure. CUDA, multi-tenant model serving, and inference distributed across the full cluster.

Closed over $700K in local advertising sales in the first year. Owned the largest year over year growth desk in the office, hitting quota every quarter. Converted cold prospects using spec ads produced with the design team at no cost to the client.

Named Top Ten Worker of the Year among 1,740 university staff. Managed IT infrastructure for 10 on-campus conferences hosting 40 federal judges, US Senators, the ABA, and Vice President Cheney. Performed weekly server backups and facility readiness across all classrooms.
AI and Negotiation Research

Undergraduate research on AI and human collaboration patterns completed before the current wave existed. The thesis mapped where this was heading. It got there.
